Assist in the ceremony if required,
Meeting and greeting family,and guests
Welcoming the Bride on her arrival.

Ensuring everything is set up as previously discussed
while the ceremony is taking place.

Liaising with the Photographer,
Chef, Catering Staff,
Videographer etc.
Leaving YOU free to relax with family and friends.

Forming a receiving line at the appropriate time, if YOU have requested one
for the Wedding Breakfast.

Assisting with guests being seated and formally announcing YOU into
YOUR Wedding Breakfast.

Saying grace or a poem before the meal

Make any annoucements that are required

Announce all Speakers.

Circulating YOUR guest book.

Announce the formal cutting of the cake.

Formally retirie YOU from YOUR wedding breakfast.

Arranging with the Banqueting Staff, the room preparation and the Band or
Disco for the evening.

Ensuring the arrangements for the evening function are in place.

Announcing YOUR first dance.
